To continue to be the leader and innovator to all sectors of the building and construction industry in NSW of training, making the Master Builders the training provider of choice.

Principle Objectives

The principle objectives of the Master Builders Training Department for the period 2007 – 2010 are to:

1. Provide an avenue for individuals to become qualified through flexible and relevant pathways
2. Continue to deliver qualifications that help to increase the membership base
3. Source sufficient skilled staff/contractors to deliver each course/seminar at a standard commensurate with a quality organisation
4. Continually improve our RTO accreditation polices and procedures
5. Achieve current financial budgetary income targets 
6. Provide facilities for members to come and further their professional development
7. Ensure all training is aligned with the aims and objectives of the organisation

Aims

1. Establish and maintain a library for members and training participants to utilise
2. Utilise advances in technology to provide an increase accessibly to training and assessment
3. Provide a practical and flexible learning environment
4. Prepare for the introduction of the new building qualifications training Package CPC08 
5. Grow the RTO accreditation status 
6. Build on our range of courses/seminars to meet the immediate needs of our existing and future members 
7. Increase budgetary targets inline with new course development
