- Payment is required with registration prior to the commencement date of the course/seminar/workshop/assessment
- A full refund will be made for cancellations advised in writing and received ten (10) working days (Monday to Friday) prior to course/seminar/workshop /assessment commencement
- Course dates published are subject to change
- Cancellations advised five (5) working days (Monday to Friday) prior to course/seminar/workshop/assessment date will receive a 50% refund
- No refund can be made for cancellations received less than five (5) working days (Monday to Friday) before the scheduled commencement of the course/seminar/workshop/assessment
