Certificate IV in Building & Construction - CPC40110

This course is designed to enable potential builders and others in the industry to improve their business skills and technical knowledge so that they can successfully manage their business. The course covers the areas required for both national accreditation of the qualification and is also part of the licensing requirements of the Office of Fair Trading*. Participants may complete the whole course in order to qualify for the Certificate IV, or can choose units that are critical skills gaps for themselves or their company to concentrate on one or more units.

The Master Builders offers varying pathways for individuals to achieve this Cert IV in Building & Construction qualification.

Units of Competence

Sixteen (16) units of competency are required for award of this qualification:

  • Thirteen (13) compulsory units
  • Three (3) elective units
