Carrying out building inspections is seen by many builders as a way to capitalise on their years of experience and provide a profitable cash flow in a new market.

It is seen to have reasonably low overheads, low start up costs and “better than swinging a hammer for a living”.

The Master Builders Association and RAPID Training have developed a two day training course that provides training in the correct inspection process and the development and completion of the inspection report.

• CPCCBC5013A - Develop professional technical & legal reports on building & construction projects
• BSBCMN420A - Write complex documents

How long does the course take?

The course runs over two consecutive days

* You can apply for Accredited Building Consultant with the Master Builders using those reports.
