This entry level Certificate IV in Project Management is a nationally recognised course which is aimed at experienced project team members, junior project managers and project administrators who are looking to increase their influence and effectiveness on projects. The course provides an excellent grounding in the fundamentals of project management. This course spans all phases of a project lifecycle, covering the roles and responsibilities at each stage, management of project stakeholders, development of communication plans, and effective management of team members. Particular attention is paid to the development and maintenance of project documentation including project plans, network diagrams and work break-down structures. The course includes one day’s training in the tools of the trade – MS Project™ at an introductory level to get you started on creating your project schedules.
